Colorado Private Tour Pricing

Standard Full Day Tours:

(1 person = $225, 2-4 persons = $299   |  ave: 8 hrs.)

  • 5 or more persons, please call for pricing. 
  • Price includes professional photography instruction, transportation, and all entrance fees.
  • Includes hotel pickup and drop off (within the Golden area).
  • Pickup and drop off from Downtown Denver or Boulder (additional $50).
  • Full day tours run 7-9 hours depending on destinations.
  • Some locations require an additional fee due to their distance and extended tour times (usually 10-12 hours).
    • Hanging Lake - $75

Most Tours are priced at the above listed "standard pricing" unless otherwise listed below.

Denver City Tours:

(1 person = $150, 2-4 persons = $199)

  • Includes pickup and dropoff from your hotel (in Denver)

Rocky Mountain National Park:

(1 person = $275/day, 2-4 persons = $350/day + hotel expenses for yourself and your guide if applicable)

  • You specify the level of accommodations you wish to have and we will make all the arrangements for your party.  
  • Hotel pricing will vary dependent on the level of accommodations and the time of year (average price is $80-$120/room).
  • Pickup and drop off from Downtown Denver or Boulder (additional $50). 
  • Snacks and drinks will be provided - meals are not included.

Great Sand Dunes National Park:

(1 person = $275/day, 2-4 persons = $350/day + hotel expenses for yourself and your guide)

  • You specify the level of accommodations you wish to have and we will make all the arrangements for your party.  
  • Hotel pricing will vary dependent on the level of accommodations and the time of year (average price is $70-$90/room).
  • Pickup and drop off from Downtown Denver or Boulder (additional $50).
  • Snacks and drinks will be provided - meals are not included. 

Monte Vista Crane Migration: 

(1 person = $275/day, 2-4 persons = $350/day + hotel expenses for yourself and your guide)

  • You specify the level of accommodations you wish to have and we will make all the arrangements for your party.  
  • Hotel pricing will vary dependent on the level of accommodations and the time of year (average price is $70-$90/room).
  • Pickup and drop off from Downtown Denver or Boulder (additional $50).
  • Snacks and drinks will be provided - meals are not included.

Colorado Railroad Tour:

  • Priced as a "standard day tour" rate (see above)
  • Additional fees for museum entry and train rides (if you choose to ride the trains).  
  • At last check the museum was $15 and the Georgetown loop was $35.

  

Gift Certificates Available:

  • Photography Tours make a wonderful gift for birthdays, holidays and anniversaries.
  • Gift certificates (available for single day tours only) are good for three months from purchase date and are subject to availability when a reservation is finally made.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • A tour can be rescheduled up to seven day prior to a tour date.
  • Subject to available dates.
  • Rescheduling will incur a $75 fee.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days notice (full refund minus $75).
  • <30 day notice (half refund).   
  • <7 days prior to tour (No refunds, no rescheduling)

Gift certificates:

  • Three month expiration.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable. 

Airport Pickup

We also offer pickup service from the airport right to your hotel ($75 / 1-2 people | $100 /  3-4 people).
